This post is for all the people out there who are struggling everyday.
Doesn't matter you're a home maker or a working one, doesn't matter you're a student or still thinking what you gonna do with your life, I assure you that if you give yourself sometime to your mental as well physical health, things will be way better than your expectations.
Anxieties, insecurities, burst out and depression are totally normal but feeding them or romanticize with them are not. I know things take time but only you can sculpt your carvings not anybody else.
I know when things are not good so advices look stupid. When your friends or people tell you to work on yourself and you're like we know that and you don't need to tell us. The problem is that you know the solution but still you feed your mind by telling yourself that it will go away by its own, no you have to work hard to stabilize your mind. Like you don't get into shape just by thinking about it, you have to work out, you have to go out of your comfort zone, similarly for good mental health, you have to work hard, you have to do things out of your comfort. You should not tell yourself that my mind is not stable and I cannot meditate, instead of saying these things you should try, try until you succeed. Sometimes you have to have to try instead of feeding yourself.
So, do work on your mental health, this is something people avoid to talk about, but it's real, it happens with almost everyone. This is not the end of the world. When you know how to make things better then you know that you have a good control on yourself, that you are the master of your mind. Sometimes you sort out things by pushing yourself. -
