Thukpa or Indian Noodle soups, will warm you up on a winter's evening .It contains garlic,ginger and black pepper which is particularly good for cold remediation...This one pot recipe is hearty and simple to prepare.This soupy dish is filled with lots of veggies so it's nutritious and extremely delicious. If you want to try this here is the veg version of this method.🤗
*Boil the noodles,Keep aside.
*Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry for few min.
*Add ginger, garlic and fry few min.
*Add green chilli, mushroom, cabbage, carrot and fry .
*Add 4 cups of water, red chilly powder, salt & cook.
*Add boiled noodles and lemon juice and mix well.
*Garnish with spring onions & serve hot.
